Resolution

There are two locations:

1. On the Portal system:

/opt/CA/PerformanceCenter/DM/logs/DMService.log

2. On the Spectrum OneClick system, after enabling Performance Center Integration Sync debug in Web Server Debug Pager (Runtime) in the Spectrum web portal:

/usr/Spectrum/tomcat/logs/catalina.out

Note that the paths listed are the default paths, and you may need to alter them based on your install location.
