For our annual password update for the EEM external LDAP login user.
The password update failed on the EEM server; somehow the new password could not be saved. Here is the error message on the screen:
Error: Failed to update user directory details EE_SUCCESS_Success
The EEM version is 12.6.3.
Release : 4.2
- On the EEM, go to the User store,
- select the configured LDAP
- select the Advanced Configuration
- Set the “Connection Retry time interval” to 3 then save and try again.
