Can Service Desk administrators add a lot of users to one group? For example, add 400+ user ids in a certain group. Is there a limit on how many users can add to a group?
Service Desk Manager 17.3 and higher
There is no limit on how many members that can be added to a group.
However, for best practice, smaller groups are better for management and resource. For example, 400+ members will be notified as a group if those users are added to that group and this is not considered best practice.
