Need to update the DCS agent's server manager list so DCS agents can connect to another DCS manager - DCS Agent Diagnostics policy

Issue/Introduction

How to update asset's server manager list, making it possible to change the IP the agent is connecting to another server (which uses the same agent-cert.ssl and server-cert.ssl)

Resolution

The agent diagnostics policy (both for Windows and UNIX) allows this change to happen in bulk, making it possible to change the agent manager list via the UMC. 

Once the policy is applied, remove the IDS policy from the security group as it is no longer needed
