Issue/Introduction

Trying to login and it goes back to login screen with no error 

NetOps Portal login goes back to login screen 

Cannot login just goes back to login screen 

Environment

Release : 22.2

Cause

Customer was using https and had reverted to http. 

If the browser has secure cookies for a website, it won't allow the website to set cookies for non-secure.

Resolution

Clear all cookies in the web browser
