Copy Project from Template Action not working when using few templates

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Classic Clarity.
2. Navigate to Projects.
3. Create a new project or open an existing project.
4. Under Actions Issue "Copy Project from Template" action.
5. Select a template from where you want to copy the data

Expected Results: The Staff and Tasks from the template will copy over to the project.
Actual Results: Only Basic field data is copied and Tasks and team data is not copied over.

Release : 16.1.0

Cause

According to our Documentation: 'Copy From Project Template' is affected when there are Active Processes associated with the Template that you are trying to copy from. 

You can see the issue for other Templates as well even though if they don't have any Active Processes linked with directly with template. This is caused if you copy the template itself from another template and that template has an active process associate to it.

In the above scenario too, we won't be able to fully Utilize the Copy From Project Template functionality.

Resolution

Re-creating the template is a workaround that can be performed in this scenario.
