View - Maintenance with CARS does not receive SYSMODS

Issue/Introduction

I executed the FTP download for the 2022 yearly CARS process, and though it has ++ASSIGN statements, the SMP/E RECEIVE command doesn't show of any PTFs received.

For example, PTF LU08176 is included in ++ASSIGN for YEAR 2022, and I executed the RECEIVE (shown in attachment).

The RECEIVE SMPOUT DD reports message: "GIM24801W    NO SYSMODS SATISFIED THE OPERANDS SPECIFIED ON THE RECEIVE. "   

In the CSI, searching for the PTF in the GLOBAL zone reports: "SYSMOD LU08176 was not found in GLOBAL zone"
