Read only attributes are not handled in Project 'Hierarchy' Module for bulk edits

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to MUX.
2. Configure Hierarchy module in Project/Idea/CI blueprint.
3. Configure a project to use the BP created in step2
4. Add the project in step 3 to be the parent for few project/idea instances
5. Navigate to the hierarchy module within the project.
6. Add the blueprint column from the column panel.
7. Select few instances and click on edit.

Expected results: The fields like investment Id and BP should not be allowed for edit.

Actual results: Investment Id is editable, BP field throws a reactive error in toaster message
