Service Manager does now show any processes

Issue/Introduction

After installing Service Manager on a new server, the dialog does not list any of the processes. Installing CAPKI does solve the issue. 

If a uc4.smd and uc4.smc file is configured, the processes are starting in the background. Logs are generated however no process is listed.

Cause

When installing Service Manager as a service, a phrase was not used.

Resolution

Start the Service Manager service using a phrase like the command below- 

UCYBSMGR[.EXE] -install Phrase [-iPath and name of the INI file]
