baseline_engine queue backing up on Primary Hub - UIM 20.4 CU2, CU4

Issue/Introduction

We are experiencing a severe delay in the processing of baseline Metrics on our primary hub for hub queue baseline_engine.QOS_MESSAGE, resulting in numerous large .sds files in hub queue directory - D:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\hub\q\baseline_engine.QOS_MESSAGED

Cause

not reproducible

Resolution

We have observed on one case that upgrading to baseline_engine to 20.44 and prediction_engine to 20.44 stabililzes the queue.

baseline_engine to 20.44 and prediction_engine to 20.44 are delivered as part of: UIM Server 20.4 - Cumulative Update 6
