How to customize the OTK Require OAuth 2.0 Token encas which is READ ONLY.

Issue/Introduction

The “OTK Require OAuth 2.0 Token” Encapsulated Assertion (encas) is READ ONLY as per the comments of it.

"***THIS POLICY IS READ ONLY ***"

I tried to change the value of "Allow Parameter" of "OTK Access Token Retrieval" assertion in the encas. However, it rejects the change due to no permission to update it.

"You do not have permission to update the service/policy. In order to keep your changes, you may export it."

Let me know how to achieve the update.

Resolution

You need to replace the “OTK Require OAuth 2.0 Token” Encapsulated Assertion (encas).

Please follow the steps:

1. In Policy Manger, execute "Export Policy" for the encas to a local policy file.
2. Then, you may import it into your own target policy by "Import Policy". This will not have such permission restriction.
3. Finally you may update the properties in it.
