Not able to view job logs in the WCC or from autosyslog command

Issue/Introduction
I am unable to view logs in the wcc or with the autosyslog command.
When I query the ujo_extended_jobrun_info table I see the correct std_err_file and std_out_file information.
The jobs are actually creating the logs ad the logs have valid job data in them.
The agent reviewer.log shows the below error

Cause
the $AUTOUSER/config.$AUTOSERV file had a miss configuration
Resolution
can you please check your $AUTOSUER/config.$AUTOSERV file?
Please check the AutoServerId= entry
This should only have 1 Server name on it.
not two or more separated by commas
if yours has more than one please correct it, save the file, and then restart the Scheduler and Application server services.
