Administrator Tool Failed to Initialize

Issue/Introduction

The Administrator tool was previously working with no problems, and suddenly customer is getting error "This application failed to initialize properly"

Environment

Harvest 13.0.3.152.

Resolution

Issue was found to be caused by Citrix in the customer environment.

Customer was able to resolve Citrix issue and resolved the Administrator tool issue. 

Reinstalling the Administrator tool is also a possible way to resolve the this error if something external has corrupted the Admin tool installation.
