jdbc_response probe not generating alarm when supplied incorrect password or invalid hostname

Issue/Introduction

When the jdbc_response probe has incorrect credentials or database hostname cannot be resolved, no alarm is sent.

Environment

Release : 20.4

Resolution

The attached jdbc_response 1.26-T4 resolves the issue; this will be included in an upcoming GA release as well (no ETA as of March 2023 but planning is underway.)
