Issue with random error "Invalid Credentials" on SSL LDAP connection.

Issue/Introduction

The system was affected by a random single LDAP: error code 49 - Invalid Credentials when checking the SSL LDAP connection state of Primary DC.

ERROR: 49
    LdapGetLastError(): 49
    Error msg: Invalid Credentials

After this we noticed the system wasn't sending requests to the primary DC.

Fix for this issue was provided as part of the defect DE552221 in 14.3 CP2 version.
