What to do when this error occurs at the upgrade?

Resolution

We dont deliver the requestservice anymore at AP 11.7 because it's not support anymore by Windows after Windows 2012...

With AP 11.7 SP1, we dont use Tomcat anymore and it's replaced by NodeJS..
Which is delivered by AP 11.7 SP1, and can be installed via the AP Configuration Manager, under third party software...

The RequestService is replaced by Curl for ticketing...
In the past you needed to use NIM-SM, but we also made that requirement obsolete and now creating tickets in a your environment should be done via Curl..
