LU07676 has this note:

USERS AFFECTED    Users of DDOL SQL Mode

Datacom/AD does not use DDOL so apply the PTF but there's no need to perform the HOLD ACTION.

Apply the PTF with BYPASS(HOLDSYSTEM(ACTION)).
