Trying to understand why the universe is deleting old users

Additional Information

1. I looked at the code, haven't found anywhere that we store the users for a universe, we only have to give permission for a universe from the existing users. 

2. We don't have any user retention settings, the users are from SAML that is being managed by idP not the DX platform.

For other users, we store them in Postgres and we only support basic auth. But there was no such retention policy.

If your ask is if users are being deleted, if its from SAML then it might have deleted from your idP,

But for other users could you please ask Ivan to provide details how he confirmed the users are being deleted?
