SMD fails Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.

Issue/Introduction
After installing the windows agent for version 21.0.x the service is unable to start showing
Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.
Here are the steps that were followed to try to reinstall the Service Manager.
- Uninstall and reinstall again version 21.0.4
- Reboot server and retry
- Install previous version 21.0.2 and retry
- Configure UC4 ServiceManager to run using local system and Active Directory id with Local administrators Permission
- Update Windows Server Patch
No actions resolved the issue

Resolution
In the ucybsmgr.ini file on the system in the servicemanager /bin directory, add the following to the [CAPKI] section:
use_capki=n
Please note this requires components that are on 21.0.1 or above
If this does not work:
The Windows sysinternals Process monitor is a good tool for a Windows admin to find out what is causing the error.
