Issue/Introduction

A Broadcom Support member may require a log pull to troubleshoot your issue.

Please see instructions below on how to pull logs through terminal (will require sudo access)

Resolution

Create Tarball File to Downloads Folder:

1. Open Terminal Window

2. Run Command:

sudo tar -czf ~/Downloads/AppNetaLogs.tar.gz /Library/Application\ Support/AppNeta/config/ /Library/Logs/AppNeta/

3. Attach created Tarball to support case for Broadcom Support to analyze

Additional Information

Create folder and Unzip Tar File Command:

mkdir -p ~/Downloads/AppNeta && tar -xzvf ~/Downloads/AppNetalogs.tar.gz

Folder Structure:

Appneta n10 (MAC) Configuration: /Library/Application\ Support/AppNeta/config/

Appneta n10 (MAC) Logs: /Library/Logs/AppNeta/
