Issue/Introduction

In the Process Monitoring perspective, when filtering on status “WAITING” or “WAITING (System internal)”, tasks are shown as expected which have the corresponding status.

However, if both statuses “WAITING” and “WAITING (System internal)” are selected at the same time, no task is listed, only a blank page with "No results found".

Environment

Release : 12.3.9, 21.0.4, 21.0.5

Cause

This is a defect and will be resolved in a future release.

Resolution

As this is a defect, please only use either "WAITING" or “WAITING (System internal)” as individual filter selections and not together.
No other status is affected by this.

For example, both “WAITING (System internal)” and "BLOCKED" can be used together.
