Issue/Introduction

Customer deactivated a gatelet. For a period users saw the following error while accessing the SaaS gatelet service. User access blocked because application is not configured as a gateway service. The service is listed as unknown.
 

Resolution

There can be a short delay of up to 1 minute for WSS to remove the gatelet.  In that time the error could occur because the gatelet has been removed from CASB but WSS has not received or remove the request. If this problem occurs for an extended amount of time please contact support.

Consider deactivating gateles after hours when users will be less likely to access the SaaS service.
