Strong Authentication/AuthMinder service is not stopped using webfortserver script

Issue/Introduction

The stop script was failing to stop the services and one had to manually kill the process and start it again.

Environment

Release :

• CA Advanced Authentication 9.x
• OS - RHEL 8.x

Resolution

Please find the script in attachments, to stop the service in the latest RHEL 8.x versions.

Copy the attached file in $ARCOT_HOME/bin directory and restart the service.

Additional Information

If the server's process id is not stopped, then it's in a weird state and there's no watchdog to stop. The next step will force-kill the server instead.
