CAHC430I Check delete requested RC=04

Resolution

The S913-38 abend within Xmanager is related to the ICH408I RACF message:

The SDSNEXIT allocation is related to the Recovery Analyzer for Db2 for z/OS (PRA) Health Check per the following related message:

GEN0934 Health Check Owner: CA_DB2           Name: DB2_PRA_#LOAD_LAST_RUN@PTXMAN encountered an error and is being deleted.
CAHC430I Check delete requested RC=04

The hlq.SDSNEXIT allocation is coming from hlq.CDBAPARM member SETUPxx for the respective Db2 ssid.

Validate that the hlq.SDSNEXIT allocation is correct for the Db2 ssid in question within the SETUPxx member of hlq.CDBAPARM.
If this is the correct hlq.SDSNEXIT allocation recommendation is to resolve the RACF ICH408I message.

Additional Information

Another option is to disable the Database Management for Db2 for z/OS health checks:
