Add a Library Level in PanAPT so that every LIBCODE will pick this level up?

Issue/Introduction
Presently have Test, QA, Production and need to add another library between QA and Production.
How is this done?
Environment
Version: 3.2
Resolution
Sign on to PanAPT. From the main menu do the following:
- Select CTL - Control File Maintenance
- Enter a C for Change on the Action Line and enter a S in front of Library Level Maintenance.
- Type in INS-insert in the Line Cmd field on the library the new library level is to be inserted after.
- Type in the new level information and save.
Valid Line Cmds ( INS Insert, CHG Change, DEL Delete, UNDEL Undo DEL)
