Virtual Network Assurance (VNA) Portal unable to load after running Global Notification Filter

Issue/Introduction

Created a Global notification filter and after submitting it, it keeps on running without end.

For example, the following filter:

This results in the VNA Portal  (https://<HOST>:8080/vna swagger page) being inaccessible.

All the services are running - wildfly, mysql etc.

Environment

DX NetOps VNA Release : 22.2

Resolution

Stop and restart the VNA processes then configure the VIptela and ACI without notification polling:

POLL_RATE with "- - -"
