sap_basis probe - Missing sap job metrics

Issue/Introduction

Missing sap job related performance metrics from sap_basis probe

QOS_SAP_JOB_RUNTIME

Environment

Release : 20.3.x /20.4.x
sap_basis probe 2.09
Robot OS Platform - Linux
Sap Server is on SLES12 SP4 

Resolution

From logs we are not getting MTE Name in the xml output from sap machine. It is unable to find the MTE name when calling the function ''BAPI_SYSTEM_MTE_GETTIDBYNAME'' 
As seen in screenshot1

 

Where as if you see the screenshot 2 we are able to fetch the details of 'update' from sap machine and see the update metrics in the UI.

SAP administrator needs to check why we are getting MTE name not found for Background Job Monitoring and configure the same in their machine.

Even if you see the tables in the screenshots it is clear that we do not have Background job Monitoring data in customer SAP Machine.
