12.3.x - U00000062 Cannot continue after connection interruption

Issue/Introduction

Error "cannot continue after connection interruption" is appearing several times a week for user. The system doesn't appear to be experiencing any slowdown or issues and jobs don't appear to be failing due to the error. User just wants to know if seeing it should be a cause of concern for possible problems.

Release : 12.3.x

Resolution

Looking at the WP and CP logs sent and at the U00000062 Cannot continue after connection interruption message.  There are a few defects in the past that included this message, but they were also accompanied by other symptoms.  One of those, fixed in 12.3.9, is the agent randomly disconnecting from the system.  If the user is seeing the message but no other errors or symptoms along with it, I think this message can be taken as more of a warning than an actual error.  

If other errors or symptoms start appearing (agent disconnecting, variables no longer working, jobs not running correctly, etc...) at the same time, please update to 12.3.9 at least and if still happening, please contact support to find next steps
