Issue/Introduction
After OS was upgraded to IBM i 7.4 version, existing the CA 2E model interface triggered the error message ID PLI9001

Release : 8.7
Cause
QUSRSYS is AS400 System Library for Users and it was missing from the library list
Resolution
The missing QUSRSYS library was added and the issue was resolved.
