Issue/Introduction

Unable to enable business rules if the rule name contains a double quote(")

Error thrown is: Could not evaluate rule due to an error while loading rules

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. MUX > Administration > Blueprints
2. Open any blueprint that uses Business Rules, let say the project object
3. Edit the blueprint and go to Rules
4. Create any kind of Business Rule and call it Test" (note the double quote is key)
5. Save the rule and on the grid tr to Enable it

Expected Results: The Business Rule to get enabled
Actual results: You get an error: Could not evaluate rule due to an error while loading rules

Cause

This is caused by DE68638

Resolution

This is fixed in 16.1.2

Workaround: Remove the double quotes(") from the Bussiness Rule Name
