The "Configure CA 7 REST API Server for Use with Datacom Server on z/OS" section of the CA 7 documentation states that the password specified on the application.yml file is encrypted when the CA 7 REST API server is restarted. Which encryption standard is used here?

Resolution

The encryption that's being used is AES 128.
