UIM - Cannot delete report templates in OC performance report designer portlet

Issue/Introduction
It was observed that cannot delete older reports /copies of reports in Performance report designer
When you selected the report to delete nothing happened .This was observed for PRD reports created in older UIM versions
Environment
Release : 20.4 CU5
Resolution
This is fixed in UIM 20.4 CU6 release and above
Addressed issues observed with deletion of old PRD reports.
