Riskminder-client.js functions blocked by System Mechanic tool

Issue/Introduction

Latest riskminder-client.js, we started noticing JavaScript errors on browser for clients with privacy protection tools are facing below error. When privacy protection tools are turned off, this works fine. But clients don't prefer to turn off. Can you help if this can be fixed or if there is an alternate version of the riskminder-client.js that we have to use?

Resolution

System Mechanic is a third party tool and we do not have any relationship with the vendor. These are the suggestions which can be used to troubleshoot the issue.

• We will require help from the System Mechanic team to identify why the js is getting blocked and what it is not liking or why it is blocking it to make progress.
• What is the recommendation from System Mechanic team for a good security configuration, This works fine in Medium security and that is what I see the most used configurations for other products like Browsers so we need to understand what is an accepted level of security and suggest to the user using the solution.
• Is there is a way to whitelist the riskminder-client.js file from the System Mechanic side as this is a known from the AA product and next is that you can ask them to exclude this from their system mechanic scan to avoid any disruptions.
