16.1.1: Board View 'Create New Card' Option Removed

Issue/Introduction

Starting in 16.1.1, the board view does not provide the option to create new cards.

 

 

Environment

Release : 16.1.1

Resolution

Users will not have the ability to create new cards, but rather have ability to enable the  'New Task' button, which is enabled in the blueprint via
Blueprint > Tasks > Enable Create Dialog
