Issue/Introduction

[Scheduled] DX SAAS OI Maintenance - US region

Broadcom is performing maintenance beginning February 26, 2023, starting at 05:00 UTC, for a duration of 1 hour in the US region.

Impact

During the maintenance period, the Operational Intelligence (OI) data processing for the latest Service Alarms, Tickets, and Email/Webhook notifications may lead to delays of up to 30 minutes within the maintenance window.

All other aspects of the product will function as normal.

On 2/26, no code changes are pushed to the environment. Once a month, this routine platform maintenance procedure is carried out for increasing the stability of the environment.
