Issue/Introduction

Service Catalog users are assigned a particular role, which determines their level of access to Service Catalog functions. These roles are pre-defined when Service Catalog is installed.

Can we define new custom roles to suit our business needs?

Environment

Release:  17.x and higher
Component:  CA Service Catalog

Resolution

It's not possible to define custom roles in Service Catalog.
