Issue/Introduction

After upgrade from the ICDM console a reboot was completed and post reboot the server is unable to connect to the Broadcom ICDM console. On the client, definitions show as "Waiting for updates".

Resolution

Revert the client to an On-Prem managed agent, then initiate the cloud enrollment process again.
