Permission required to access Subscription Management tool in ClientNet

Issue/Introduction

To access the Subscription Management tool, user needs to have Manage Subscription permission

Resolution

 

To assign Manage Subscription permission:

1. Navigate to Administration > User Management.
2. Select the user, then go to User Roles > Create Custom Role.
3. From the Permission dropdown menu, choose Manage Subscription, then click Append Role.
   
4. After appending the role, you'll see Manage Subscription listed under Permissions. Click Save and Exit.

 

The changes will take effect immediately.
