If the customer has renewed their support contracts, They need to create a Symantec Licensing Case and provide the below details:

  • Customer Name (account name) :
  • Display name (if different than customer name) :
  • Customer ID :
  • Domain ID :
  • Site ID :
  • Data center location:
  • Expiration date (service contract end date) :


Additional Information

Create the case from the Case Management or the Customer Care Request Form.
