Resolution

Renewing your support contracts will automatically update the expiry details in your environment.

If you have renewed the support contracts and still encountering the error message, create a case with the customer care team and provide the following details:

  • Customer Name (account name) :
  • Display name (if different from customer name) :
  • Customer ID :
  • Domain ID :
  • Site ID :
  • Data center location:
  • Expiration date (service contract end date) :
