Unable to access SEP Mobile and getting expiration error

SEP mobile console showing License expiring soon. (Warning message)

 

 

 

Resolution

If the customer has renewed their support contracts, They need to create a Symantec Licensing Case and provide the below details:

• Customer Name (account name) :
• Display name (if different than customer name) :
• Customer ID :
• Domain ID :
• Site ID :
• Data center location:
• Expiration date (service contract end date) :

 

Additional Information

Create the case from the Case Management or the Customer Care Request Form.
