Issue/Introduction

When Cloud Proxy reports health metrics, these are displayed by default as coming from agent with the following ID:

- host name: apmservices

- process name: CloudProxy

- agent name: name of host where CP runs.

The doc at Cloud Proxy (broadcom.com) states apm.server.id property may be used to change agent name, but host name and process name are not mentioned.

We use structured process names to assign agents to universes, so would like to override CloudProxy (we can make our universe regex more complex, but ideal would be to set a name which follows our format that includes universe, data centre and lifecycle stage.   It seems odd to have a host name field and put the host name in the agent field by default.  One solution would be to allow apm.server.id to contain | to separate these three fields.
