DX NetOps Spectrum Release : 21.2 or later
The BGP trap is defined in the file:
$SPECROOT/SS/CsVendor/Ctron_SNMP_Rtr/BGP4_App/AlertMap
So the device model must have a BGP4_App
model associated with it. Check to see if the Juniper model has an associated BGP4_App
model. It's possible that the cause of the issue is that this does not have such an association.
If doesn't, take the trap as defined in:
$SPECROOT/SS/CsVendor/Ctron_SNMP_Rtr/BGP4_App/AlertMap
And copy it to the custom file:
$SPECROOT/custom/Events/AlertMap
