Does CABI 7.1.1 or newer versions support Windows 2016 or Windows 2019 platforms?

Issue/Introduction
We currently have CABI 7.1.1 installed on a Windows2012 R2 servers. Please let me know if the app supports Windows 2016 or Windows 2019 platforms?
Also, are there any newer releases available for installation?

Resolution
CABI 7.1.1 is the only version supported by SOI.
It will support Windows 2016 but not 2019 as per the System Require
