useJDBCPing option should be exposed in CSA

Issue/Introduction

Currently JDBC Ping is the recommended configuration - and it's missing from CSA, making it harder to check the configuration and requires server access and manual update to properties.xml

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to CSA - Open the server - in CSA Page where the multicast and beacon options are
2. Look for the JDBC Ping option in order to enable it

 

Expected Results: To see the Use JDBC Ping option as Boolean checkbox in the CSA tab with the multicast and beacon options

Actual Results: The JDBC Ping option is not exposed in CSA, which requires us to use properties.xml to enable/disable it.

Release : 16.1.0, 16.1.1

Resolution

Workaround: Connect to the Clarity server and update properties.xml for each server with useJDBCPing="true", then restart
