After Apache Tomcat installation Logon Screen is not Displayed OM Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

I installed Apache Tomcat 9.0.70. The install went fine without issue or error. As I started the new Tomcat service, the Web Viewer logon page fails to load.

I had validated that the software installed. 

I had validate the JAVA environmental variables. 

I had checked the Java memory size

I had checked the local account. 

All of which seemed fine. I had to roll back to to get everything to work

• Output Management Web Viewer 12.1
• Apache Tomcat® 9.0.70

Cause

Missing permissions.

Resolution

Needed permission to be able to create a work file under Tomcat 9.0.70
