Issue/Introduction

When looking in the file devtestlic.xml we see:

   <validuntil>10/31/30 00:00:00 -0400</validuntil>

That is October 31th 2030.  Is this also the license expiration time according to your information?

Release : 10.6

Resolution

The product license is generic and not based on your contract terms or entitlements but it is only to enable running the Enterprise Dashboard. Hence, the actual product contract end date could be much sooner.

For your specific entitlements and contract dates, you can view from support portal under "My entitlements" section of support portal dashboard and searching with site id.

Ideally, the account team will reach out to you before contract ends with renewal formalities and processing.
