Issue/Introduction

In a RC session to a Citrix client not all drives / folders are shown in the remote session.

Environment

Client Automation 14.5
XenApp 6.x and later

Resolution

1- Create this registry key if it does not exist on the Server
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Citrix\UncLinks\
 
2- Under the key, create a DWORD: UNCEnabled.
 
3- Set the value of UNCEnabled to “0”.
