No logging after updating APM Connector to 3.6.6

Issue/Introduction

After updating an APM Connector 3.6.5 (IFW SOI 4.2 CU4) to v. 3.6.6 there are no logs written to \SOI\log\APM_Connector.log.

Environment

Release : IFW SOI 4.2 CU4

Cause

APM_log4j.xml is a CU4 post update leftover that is causing this issue.

It's unnecessary and needs to be removed. 

Resolution

1. Stop the integration services and delete the below file since this file is not needed post upgrading to CU4 (log4j 2.x):

SOI\resources\Configurations\log4j\APM_log4j.xml

2. Once the file is deleted, please start the integration services.
