Endevor Natural interface (EINE) not submitting batch jobs.

Issue/Introduction

A new user is trying to submit an Add in “batch mode”.  However, there is no output from the batch execution and no evidence on the user's session or in the EINE server that it was ever submitted. 

The user's jobcard in the Batch Submit window has -

//jobname  JOB(accntnum,yyy 

 

Any suggestions?

Resolution

There needs to be a space between JOB and the open parentheses '('  of the account number.
