I am getting message ACFAE028 - CA-ACF2 CICS Initialization Incomplete RSN=08 at CICS region startup.

What does this mean?

Answer:

The most common cause of the message ACFAE028 - CA-ACF2 CICS Initialization Incomplete RSN=08 at the startup of a CICS region using ACF2/CICS is that the appropriate release indicator is not in the ENFPARMS CICSREL parameter. Another possible cause is that ENF does not have the support module for that release of CICS in its CAILIB.
