Issue/Introduction

The Workload Automation SAP Agent starts successfully. However, the following exception has been written to the file <SAP_AGENT_INSTALL_DIR>/nohup.stderr.

The jobs are not running.

Cause

The reason for the exception in the nohup.stderr file has been captured in the sap_config.log under <AGENT_INSTALL_DIR>/log/

Resolution

Contact SAP Admin and the network teams to resolve the communication problem between the SAP Agent server and the SAP system.

Restart the SAP agent after ensuring the SAP server's connection port is accessible from agent.
